Panasonic BB-HCM403A Review: Panasonic BB-HCM403A PoE Network Camera (Silver). Easy setup, POE. Night vision is excellent for in office low light conditions. Easy to install. Pan sucks. Should be able to pan more. The way it mounts, the tilt is always at an angle. Limited view. The software installer needs a bit of work. It picks up dhcp (reservations), but on initial setup drops the address and picks up a new one. You have to use their software to set it up.
